At ABN AMRO’s Innovation Centre, I have had the privilege of shaping user experiences and creating delightful products across a diversity of innovation startups.

While working with innovation startups, I was responsible for and engaged in a dynamic process focussing on data-driven decision making, human centric design, rapid experimentation, conceptualisation, and creating prototypes. Acting as the voice of the customer, I translated these insights into clear requirements and expectations.

Not only have I crafted intuitive designs, I strongly focus on creating products that enhance user satisfaction aligning with their needs. This approach was marked by continuous testing and rapid prototyping, allowing me and my teams to quickly iterate and refine ideas based on user feedback. Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams was essential, as it enabled me to integrate diverse expertise and develop innovative solutions that were desirable, feasible and viable.
